Get Ready for the Summit on March 12!
The DC Learning Acceleration Summit is an annual event that gathers DC educators, policymakers, and partners to strengthen, expand, and sustain both evidence-based HIT and math acceleration practices across the District. This event is hosted by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education, CitySchools Collaborative, and EmpowerK12.
Combining forces across past DC High-Impact Tutoring (HIT) and Math Summits, prepare for an engaging day featuring remarks from District leaders, networking opportunities, and interactive breakout sessions led by DC’s dedicated coalition of educators, tutoring providers, researchers, and community-based organizations.
with proven tutoring practices and emerging models that help DC students thrive academically in ELA and math.
and walk away with strategies you can implement immediately to support your work.
and build meaningful relationships with educators, policymakers, partners, and community organizations.
in breakout sessions led by DC’s coalition of practitioners with real-world tools, resources, and insights.
and hear directly from local education leaders about citywide priorities, opportunities, and the future of learning acceleration.
through evidence-based, grade-level instruction that is rigorous, inclusive, and grounded in high-quality materials.
