On-site staff will work along with the Driven Student Corps Members (DSCs) from local colleges and universities who are hired through the Public Service Federal Work Study Program to serve as tutors and mentors. DSCs, under the supervision of a full-time RAV AmeriCorps VISTA Site Lead, lead our academic interventions in schools and community learning centers.
